All users accessing the Anında Tapu™ website or mobile web interfaces are deemed to have accepted the following terms in advance. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
Anında Tapu™ is PropTech infrastructure offering property owners preliminary analysis and liquidity forecasting simulations based on property details. Price estimates displayed or calculated on the system do not constitute an official statutory valuation report. Ministry-licensed Hasan Çakı Real Estate Inc. cannot be held liable for price variances stemming from market fluctuations.
Users are personally responsible for the accuracy of the block/plot (ada/parsel), zoning status, area (m²), and contact information declared in pre-application forms or query fields. Any legal liability arising from deliberately entering misleading data or third-party information into the system rests entirely with the user.
Design codes, algorithm structures, the "Anında Tapu" brand, sector dictionary contents, and all visual materials hosted on the platform belong to Hasan Çakı Real Estate Inc. and are protected under the Turkish Patent Institute and international IP laws. They cannot be copied, distributed, or repurposed in other media without explicit authorization.
Our company reserves the right to update these terms of service, platform functionalities, or site policies at any time without prior notice. Users remain subject to the current terms active at the moment of their visit.
